About Us
"Belonging, Believing, Together Achieving"
Bellfield Primary School is a proud part of the Northfield community, with a history that stretches back to its creation in 1957. For many years, Bellfield Infant School and Bellfield Junior School worked side by side to support children through their early and primary education. In September 2026, these two schools came together to form one primary school, strengthening our shared vision and creating a seamless learning journey for every child from ages 2 to 11.
Children join Bellfield Primary School as early as age two in our Day Care provision, where they begin to explore, play and build early confidence and independence. From there, they can move into our school Nursery and then into Reception, continuing their education all the way through to Year 6.
We are proud to offer a Local Authority Resource Base for children with autism, welcoming pupils from Year 3 upwards who benefit from specialist support within a nurturing, inclusive environment.
Bellfield Primary School is more than a place of learning – it is a place where children feel safe, valued and inspired. We celebrate individuality, nurture curiosity and help every child develop the knowledge, skills and character they need to thrive.
